Some of our clients choose the option of having an onsite team to facilitate and carry out testing.

We provide a team of highly qualified and experienced testers who can carry out full or partial lifecycle testing and a team manager to facilitate and manage the team.

While onsite, these are some of the activities we undertake:

• Creation, maintenance and communication of Test Strategies, test plans and schedules
• Day to day management of the allocated testing projects including resourcing, execution and validation of testing
• Daily/Weekly Progress Reporting including risk and issue management
• Defect Management
• Test Completion reporting

Full or partial lifecycle testing

We are able to carry out and facilitate testing across a full or partial in any delivery methodology - Agile or Waterfall.

Requirement Acceptance Testing

It is estimated that 56% of defects found can be corrected at requirements phase, while 27% in the design phase. We ensure that you apply the necessary experience and skills to finding defects as early as possible in the delivery lifecycle thus saving you time and money.

User Acceptance and Business Acceptance Testing

We can support your management team onsite providing test management and governance support or we can take full responsibility for your programme and/or projects test management requirements.

This can extend to a fully outsourced managed service in terms of planning, test execution, progress reporting, closure activities and post implementation support or any part thereof.

Specialist skills

We assist our clients by sourcing and placing permanent or temporary resources where a specific test skillset is required, for example UAT, Automation, Security or Penetration testers, or to backfill positions at short notice.
